When morels come into season, I ALWAYS make this tart. Cave-aged Gruyere is the best kind I've found to use in the recipe. I'm addicted.</description>

		<description>I'd expect the morel scene to be pretty good in Seattle. You have lots of forests. Although, I guess morels are more apt to be found in deciduous forests.</description>
